Natural Heart-Shaped Sapphire (4-5mm) Color Choice of either Tantalizing Teal, Baby Blue, Dandelion Yellow, or Sea Green (please specify your color of choice in the provided comment box at checkout) please note that the accent sapphires will be the same color as the chosen center stone.
