How to measure: use a thin chain, wrap it around the bottom of your neck so that the chain sits slightly above the midpoint between both collar bones. Measure the length of used chain on a ruler the number that appears is an approximation of the size you will need (in CM). Because this is an open collar choker, being off by a couple of cm is okay, you can mold the choker onto your neck so that it sits in the preferred position.
